Jams

A great jam is all about texture and flavour

Pieces of fruit at just the right point of ripeness. That is why we use strawberries with little water and plenty of flavour, diced figs whose stems we remove by hand, and whole blueberries. Always preserving the properties of the foods we make.

Dulce de leche

Classics have to be earned

To make our dulce de leche we always go to the dairy farm of Don Taberna, a noble Basque neighbour in Las Heras who shares our love for the town and the countryside. And with those who cannot eat sugar in mind, we developed a sugar-free version. It took us a couple of years of testing to achieve an “impossibly” delicious dulce de leche, which has won an award in Europe.

Beekeeping

We love beekeeping

Working with our hives, seeing how tasks are divided, how each bee respects the work of the others, all towards a common goal: this is one of the lessons the bees give us. For our organic honey we choose land rich in a variety of flowers, where chemicals have never been used.
