The monofloral Eucalyptus honey is originated from hives located in the Mesopotamia zone, in the “Litoral '' area of Argentina.
It is the region of broad rivers, humid climate, red soil and virgin jungle; covered in huge trees, with extraordinary wildlife and flora.
To be more precise, in the North of the province of Entre Ríos, near to the Corrientes province border, is where the honey is extracted by the cooperative effort of the organized beekeepers.
The Eucalyptus honey is darker , has more body and a stronger flavour compared to traditional honey.
The monofloral lemon honey comes from hives located in the province of Tucumán.
Argentina is the first global producer and exporter of lemons, and is known for having the best quality of them and their derivative products. It is a clear, mild and delicate honey, with a lemon aftertaste.
Our lemon honey is treated with dedication from the beginning of the process, taking into account the delicate balance of the bee’s ecosystem: its pollination process and the extraction of pollen from the blossom, obtaining a 100% natural, quality product.
It is collected by small-scale beekeepers in spring, who are organized in cooperative associations in Tucumán, an activity that gives many families their livelihood.
Our organic Honey comes from beehives located in the community of Quilino, located in the north of the Córdoba province. This hill zone is recognized as a region capable of producing organic food of the highest quality.
The beehive management is done according to international standards established by the organic certifiers, following a homeopathic principle of control and treatment of the beehives, which ensures the safety and the natural aspect of the product.
The honey is harvested with an almost liquid texture. With the effect of time, the honey crystallizes (hardens), and that is when we select, through the grain type , the ones which have special unique characteristics . Then , we whisk it in a cold environment where our creamy honey is created! It is a really friendly honey for cooking and spreading over some bread.
It is also a honey that helps sustainability , as during the process we use 9 times less power than in a liquid honey process. With fine and creamy texture, it has been awarded locally and internationally.
